Analisi sensoriale

Straw yellow colour with lightly metallic tinges. On the nose there are firstly aromas of quince and peaches, then also of almonds and hazelnuts. On the palate it shows a quite vibrant acidity, a good body and a savoury end in which the almondy notes make a comeback.
