A dark and deep ruby red colour. A cherry and very ripe black cherry aroma, surrounded by a vivid spiciness and an appetizing roots and walnutskin hints. The taste is rich, warm and complex, embraced by a soft fruity sensation, balanced by a pleasant mint vein finish.
The thick ruby red colour is crossed by warm garnet hints and it has an intense and rich jammy, spices, faded petals, mint and licorice notes aroma. A dense and warm taste, supported by a soft candied tinge immediately recovered by a fresh acidity and a dense and consistent tannin.
