A clear, light straw-yellow wine. The fruity notes arrive immediately to the nose, where tropical fruits, apple blossom and peach turn in the aroma, following an hawthorn and acacia blossom that leave place also to a vegetal touch. A crispy and savoury dynamic taste.

the aromatic palette is rich in colours and suggestions, from grapefruit to sage to sweet spices; in the mouth, there is a slightly vegetal note, like resin, advantaging a contrasted chiaroscuro of flavours.

the golden yellow reflex announces the tropical richness of the olfactory sector, rich in suggestions of candied pineapple, banana and mango, returning with an enveloping softness on the palate, where the tasting progression is very long and persistent.

the aromatic expressiveness is resolved in an elegant amalgam of references to rose hip, apricot and Williams pear; the palate preserves sharpness and balance to close with a very clean and no frills finish.
