Analisi sensoriale

Bright and vibrant onion-skin pink colour. On the nose there are notes of red berries but also of herbs, tea and new mown hay. Quite remarkable the entrance in the mouth, with the freshness of the tannins and the youthful progression on the palate. It finishes with a clear-cut bitterish note.
