Analisi sensoriale

Bright golden yellow colour. Neat aromas of chamomile and lavander on the nose, together with honey, quince and a pleasant alcoholic warmth. Good entrance in the mouth with a nice sweet character balanced off by some more bitterish notes. Balanced finish.
