Analisi sensoriale

A bright ruby red colour sparkles through the glass and the fragrance of prunes (prunes that have been simmered with sugar and cinnamon for a long time at a low temperature) entice the nose. In the mouth, flavours of spices, like cardamom and cloves, blend well together, added by a touch of leather and tobacco. In the finish, the fruity flavours are again very prominent.
