Analisi sensoriale

Ruby red colour with an orangey rim. Tertiary aromas to the fore, with notes ranging from celery to mushroom to walnut hull. Elegant on the palate with nicely judged alcohol levels and sweet tannins to add to the general impression of pleasant roundness.
