Analisi sensoriale

Deep straw shade with old gold around the edges. Honey, hazel nut and apricot jam on the nose with underlying notes of flint and autumn foliage. Intense fruit concentration on the palate, with very good sugar/acid balance and a long finish with excellent depth of flavour.
