Analisi sensoriale

Deep and intense purple colour. A quite elegant nose with tones ranging from geranium to prunes, passing from black pepper and cinchona bark. On the palate it shows an austere sweetness in which the sugars are controlled and guided by tannins and a well balanced acidity. The big picture is of great lenght and elegance, also in the finish.
