With elegant highlights, this wine’s nose offers ripe, intense notes of plums and blackcurrants, as well as a subtle hint of bitter cocoa. The entry in the mouth is both flavourful and velvety, the technique of ripasso is handled well maintaining the sweetness of the fruit, yet bringing a refreshing finale of minty chocolate.
