This is an oak-influenced Ripasso that opens with sweet aromas of vanilla, dark chocolate and espresso bean. Beyond those tones are more traditional elements of cherry, mesquite, Spanish cedar and cinnamon. Sweet fruit nuances run smoothly over the palate and the wine is clean and lively on the close.
Purple-ruby of a particular thickness, with intense violet highlights; complex and deep on the nose, with notes of mature undergrowth (currants, blueberries, cassis) which are founded upon fresh balsamic hints; full-bodied and creamy on the palate, inviting hints of fruit (cherry, black cherry), with soft and tasty tannins, and a finale of the undergrowth and mint.
Purple ruby of an excellent thickness, with intense violet highlights; permeated on the nose by notes of mature undergrowth (blackberries, carris) and spices (cinnamon, vanilla, cloves); dense and rich on the palate, gifted with sweet and creamy tannins, with an aromatic development of cherries and plums, and a very fresh finale of pepper and currants.
An intense ruby color; fresh and bouncy, with lots of fragrant fruits, cassis, ripe raspberry and blackberry notes; fresh and bouncy on the palate too, juicy and seductive, with a finegrained tannic texture and raspeberry, cinnamon and blackberry notes in the finish.
Bright and vibrant ruby red. The nose opens with balsamic notes of mint, thyme, oregano and marjoram that seem to run towards the more typical hints of morello cherries. Intense and warm on the palate with some oaky notes still to be fully integrated in the structure.
A very brilliant ruby red colour. The nose opens with notes of ripe red fruits followed by the spiced hints given by the ageing oak. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with good and youthful tannic structure. It closes with some elegant coffee notes.
A bright and very contentrated purple shade of colour. Very prominent vinous notes on the palate together with some wild berries and a particular milky hint. Quite intense yet soft on the palate with fine and round tannins which have been helped by the ageing in small oak.
