Analisi sensoriale

Attractive golden yellow colour. Nose that displays strong notes of lavander, dried apricots and honey. Ample and full bodied on the palate, with a quite complex spectrum of taste. It is firstly savoury/mineral, then syrupy sweet, then the acidity kicks in and everything comes together for a long finish.
