A bright light straw-yellow, clear and with greenish hints. Rich, complex, extremely varied, but collectively is fresh, fragrant, crossed by a pure minerality and by an elegant personality. The fruit is ripe and complex, goes from the tropical to the citrus and peach tinges, and then enhanced by a vegetal nuance. A spicing touch and a well-balanced acidity even citrus and savor flavour.
