the long drying, of over forty days, gives a certain complexity already to the perfumes, mixing notes of humus and liquorice with references of cigar tobacco and dark berry fruit jam. The attack on the palate is soft: perhaps it has yet to absorb partially the contribution of the oak, but it is a full-bodied red wine, capable of integrating the remarkable alcoholic strength with tannins well covered by the fruit.
