Deep, concentrated colour. The wine’s evolution is well articulated, with notes of cherries, ink and spices (notably freshly ground pepper). In the palate, the alcoholic levels are tempered by fine acidity which give way, in the long finale, to a delicious blend of spice.
Very clear ruby, almost cherry red, with pale rim. Fruity on the nose, with
flavours of gooseberry and small red berries, then spicy notes. The taste is
fresh, thin, salty enough with a beautiful taste progression towards an
intense and tasty finish.
A bright purple red colour. The bouquet is fresh and spontaneous. Overtones of spices blend with small fruits and spring herbs. The fresh, dry flavour is decidedly pleasant.
A deep dark ruby red, a fragrance of ripe elderberry, accompanied by a toasted flavour, spreads in the mouth. Although the flavours of the ripe fruit of the forest dominate this wine, its balanced silky tannins and delicate acidity do not make it sweet. This is a great wine to be enjoyed on its own on a social evening.
A bright ruby red with brick hues. An aroma with woody, toasted overtones dominating the less prominent fruit. The mouth is fresh and well-balanced with an even, sweet tannic pattern.
Made with Merlot-Grapes, dried for 40 days: intense purple, aromas of ripe wild berries, oak and herbal flowers. Powerful on the palate, elegantly full, with soft round tannins. Aromas of ripe cherries and chocolate in the finish.
The first impact of this wine is felt in the intensity of both colour and perfume, with an inviting repertory of ripe and dried fruits, blackberry jam, vanilla and cocoa. The palate echoes these impressions: full and voluminous, with well-balanced tannins, this pure Merlot reminds us of a little Amarone.
